Breakfast of Champions At 9:00 AM, I finally eat. I take my Nature Made pack. It is the Diabetes Health Pack. Four pills in one packet. Easy. I also take one ForestLeaf Berberine. It packs 650 milligrams of power. Always take it with food! Otherwise, your stomach will hate you.
Lunchtime Fiber Party Mid-day means lunch. I take three Psyllium Husk pills. These are pure fiber. Drink a massive glass of water! Seriously, chug at least eight ounces. Dry swallowing these is a choking hazard. I also pop an Aumeto Ultra Berberine. It adds 250 milligrams more. That equals 900 milligrams daily. The perfect sweet spot.
Dinner and Done Dinner time is simple. Three more Psyllium pills. More water. Chug, chug, chug. I skip the Berberine at night. Why? It drops your sugar while sleeping. Nobody wants a midnight low.
